I enjoyed living the fantasy of having a beautiful home in Merida, MX for a week! It was fun using your home as a base. Everyone at the Santiago Mercado began to recognize me, I think, going for my daily dose of comida económica and fresh fruit.

We had SUCH a wonderful stay! Tim, (and the local managers) are great people to deal with. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer! We will certainly be recommending the casa to anyone we know who is going down to Merida. We absolutely loved it - and also being able to rent the cell phone was a life saver!

We loved Casa La Barenda; the finishes are superb. Your local management is great and was very responsive to my phone calls. The location is perfect.  My husband and I intend to spend the winter in Merida.  The size of the Casa is perfect because it doesn't feel too big for just the two of us, yet it would accommodate occasional visitors nicely.
